We often receive inquiries about the Package Plans offered by venues.
It is true that venues that often do weddings have special packages. The packages include all the services you will require, and is structured in an easy way so that you don’t have to find your own vendor and can just pick and choose from what the venue provides.
The amount is often well considered and affordable. If there is a concern, it is if some of the services included in the package are not needed.
For e.g. Wedding dress/Groom’s suit.
Some couples may want to ask one of your guests to be the emcee.
One of the guests may be a professional hairdresser and/or a makeup artist, so the Bride may want to ask that person to do everything for her.
The price of the package is kept low because they have an affiliated vendor at the venue. This means that if you bring in an external vendor, you will have to pay an additional fee. If you are not particularly picky, but want to receive the best service possible, we recommend that you choose a package plan.
We always negotiate with venues, even those that offer packages, to minimize the bring-in fees. Our work includes, but is not limited to, interpretation and translation. Everyone has a budget limit. Managing that budget is part of our job, as we strive to create the events as desired as possible while, coming to terms with the services we provide.
